My Lumbosacral Spine

The result just came out a week before Hari Raya and the result is worst then i thought.I can't believe that i need surgery for my spine.

The study reveals reduction in signal with posterocentral protrusion of L3-L4 and posterior right paracentral extrusion of L4-L5 disc impinging over thecal sac and exiting nerve roots.There is a cyst at L4 level above extruded disc fragment on right side causing indentation over thecal sac. L5 vertebra is sacralized.
